About The Role
As a General Dentist at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental issues, conducting routine examinations, and performing essential dental procedures. Your role will also include educating patients on preventive care and maintaining comprehensive dental health.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and bite problems
- Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
- Conduct thorough oral examinations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive measures
- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in dental technology and practices
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Active state dental license
- Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, oral health, and patient care
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple cases effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
