- Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve company goals.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Utilize CRM software and other tools to enhance operational capabilities.
- Analyze operational data to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role at a tier 1 exchange or launchpad.
- Strong understanding of the blockchain and crypto industry.
- Extensive experience in managing large teams and complex operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience in business development and strategic planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the crypto space
