Job Summary:
GM- Sales QSR is responsible for developing the global business strategy for the QSR and key accounts in line with overall IFFCO Out of Home Business Strategic Plan, executing the plan and overall P&L. Interface between IFFCO and Global QSR relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Global Key Accounts McDonalds, Burger King, Americana, KFC, Pizza Hut, Sodexho, Krispy Kreme, etc both within the region, and with their Global development teams.
- Manage NPD projects with all Global and Regional Key Accounts in Middle East, Africa and Asia.
- Explore new opportunities in new markets where we do not serve for existing products and Key Accounts.
- Manage Business Development with new Key Accounts Dominoes, Little Caesars, etc.
- Manage sales budgets and profitability for all Key Account business in the assigned markets.
- Manage all contracts with QSR Key Account customers
- Liaise with Business Unit CEO's, Sales, QA, Supply Chain and R&D to develop and deliver profitable new projects
- Provide support to in-country IFFCO S&D sales teams to manage the key accounts at a local level, identifying new opportunities within their markets, and ensuring they receive the support from the BU's to maximize opportunities.
- Develop and coach team to success.
Requirements:
- Global Key Accounts Management in renown Food Companies for 10 plus years
- Regional Key Accounts Management in renown Food Companies for 3-5 years
- Extensive travelling will be required.
- Language Requirement: English / Arabic is a plus
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree, prefer MBA
