You are a key ambassador of the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, who offers the most advanced Longevity solutions, within a luxury environment. Our commitment is to help and inspire our guests to live a healthier, longer, and fuller life. Responsible for leading professionals in their fields and creating a culture of care and service excellence. You will personalize the Longevity Hub operation without compromising the Clinique La Prairie bespoke, personal approach towards guest service, health, and experience. Continually strive to innovate and improve service standards. Create and maintain a culture of care and service excellence among the team members. Develop and implement Longevity Hub's operational goals, policies, and procedures. You are ultimately responsible for leading the efficient and effective operations including short- and long-term strategic planning. As a leader you are responsible for meeting and exceeding targets and goals both financially and human capital.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Longevity Hub provide excellent guest service and develop meaningful and loyal guest relations.
- Lead the sales strategies and plans of the Longevity Hub to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Provide ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales partners, to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.
- Fully responsible for recruitment of the team.
- Build a strong Longevity Hub team and ensure that all team members are delivering up to the expectations.
- Evaluate and continuously improve operations and financial performance of the Longevity Hub.
- Identify new business opportunities. Design strategy and set goals for the growth.
- Actively promote membership sales, upsell wellbeing treatments and programs.
- Apply and enforce all Longevity Hub policies and procedures.
- Point of contact for dignitaries, VIP and HH.
- Being a Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits of our treatments, programs and products beyond the basics.
- Build a strong Longevity Hub team and ensure that all team members are delivering up to the expectations.
- Promote teamwork, an operational flow and interaction based on respect, empathy, and effective communication.
- Implement and monitor upselling strategies to maximize revenue and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the Longevity Hub operation.
- Oversee the preparation of displays, products, presentation and all marketing promotional tools with respect to CLP corporate guidelines.
- Create and maintain Longevity Hub's budget and KPIs.
- Develop retention strategies to increase the hotel guests capture ratio.
- Responsible for the Hub's performance, reaching and exceeding weekly, quarterly, and annual objectives, and goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports for CLP corporate management.
- Responsible for reaching and exceeding personal sales goals.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Strong foundation in administration, finance, operational processes, and standards.
- Establish accountability for self and others.
- Master's degree or equivalent is preferred in either business, management, sales or marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of management within luxury hospitality.
- Passion for both people and science.
- Demonstrate respectfulness, patience, and tact to help guests feel comfortable and at ease.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Lead and work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
- Demonstrate drive, passion, and commitment to achieve personal and company goals.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, other languages such as Russian and German are desired.
- Solution oriented with a strong capacity to convince and inspire those around you.
- Independent work style, proactivity, and very good time management
- Strong ability to work in a team and outstanding network communication as well as a confident appearance.
- Ability to travel to Switzerland and other CLP locations for training purposes.
- Ability to go through CLP's onboarding and regular refresh training programs.
