Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership, direction ,and setting clear goals and objectives.
Build the company s vision and strategy, set monthly/quarterly team objectives
Set and enforce policies and procedures
Ensure adherence to all company standards and regulations
Identify new opportunities for growth (new customer segments, new markets, new verticals) and set action plans to go after such opportunities
Identify opportunities to improve the quality and reliability of company operations
Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales growth, profitability, and cost control.
Lead cross-functional team alignment to make internal and external operations more efficient and scalable
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting, adhering to company standards and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking innovative ways to improve operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Lead problem-solving initiatives and implement innovative solutions
Qualification
+10 years of Experience in Management
Ability to manage both strategically and operational
Experience with implementing Performance Management
Strong commercial and business acumen with a solid understanding of key business functions such as finance and marketing
Demonstrated leadership skills, both in building teams and being a strong stakeholder management
Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent English and Arabic language skills.
