Partner with the best
As a General Reliability Engineer, you'll play a vital role to Egypt and the region. You'll be part of drilling services product line. You'll focus on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of our product & services through effective monitoring and corrective action planning.
As a General Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Performing work in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies and procedures.
- Leading regular Incident Review Board meetings.
- Having corrective action identification as well as follow up on implementation for Maintenance and Operations specific problems.
- Being Responsible to drive job & tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention.
- Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion.
- Ensuring Maintenance & Operations are informed and are taking action appropriately.
- Supporting in Job planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment/deviation waiver/Management of change(RA/DWR/MOC) and deployment readiness assessment process (DRA).
- Participating in the engineering design review process.
Fuel your passion
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have 3+ years experience in Application Engineering, Technical Support, FSE, Maintenance or Reliability Engineering function
- Have formal qualification in an Engineering discipline (preferred petroleum or mechanical discipline) with Bachelor's or Masters degree
- Have heavy experience and knowledge in Liner hanger, Cased hole, Wellbore intervention, Workover services
- Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry
