Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will provide exceptional service to our German-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations with every interaction.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as required.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in German (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in additional languages (English, French, etc.) is a plus.
