Shall have prior experience of month end closing and GL reporting
Minimum experience of 5 years with 2/3 years in similar role
Qualification Bachelors/Masters (professional qualification ACCA/CA is preferable)
Shall have strong understanding of basic accounting principals to review the month end closing process
Shall have basic understanding of O2C, P2P and R2R process to ensure that books of the particular entity are closed without any deficiency
Working knowledge of ERP is also essential
Shall be able to review different reconciliations and challenge the status quo
