Summary:
Identifying new opportunities for selling Global Markets products (FX flow, Fixed Income flow, multi-asset class solutions) to existing and new Corporates, Retail, Financial Institutions and Wealth Management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Possess knowledge of Global Market (GM) products, including FX, Fixed Income, and related products and solutions.
- Monitor market trends, news, and events that could have an impact on clients, and provide timely updates to both clients and the team.
- Execute sales plans aimed at increasing revenue while fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain regular contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular call reports, track sales performance, and monitor client activity.
- Take responsibility for the performance and development of Global Market Sales analysts.
- Demonstrate strong and effective communication and analytical skills.
- Interact with other regional teams as necessary.
- Deliver results in line with established goals and objectives.

Qualification & Experience:
- Proven track record of success in financial Markets. sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the Global Markets, including knowledge of trading platforms, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
