My client is a multibillion dollar company with business lines across Real Estate, Property, Construction, Leisure, Retail and Financial Services. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. You will be working on exciting global roles from Management level through to C-suite searches.
This role would be perfect for a 360 Recruiter looking to move in-house, a Key Account Manager, or a TA who is looking for a new challenge.
My client are open to relocating candidates globally.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
