Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet members and guests promptly upon arrival, assist with golf bags, and provide information about the course and facilities.
Golf Cart Management
: Clean, maintain, and stage golf carts for daily use. Ensure carts are fully stocked with scorecards, pencils, and tees.Bag Handling
: Load and unload golf bags from carts, providing careful handling and ensuring the correct bag is placed on the right cart.Practice Facility Maintenance: Set up, maintain, and clean the driving range and practice areas, including stocking range balls and ensuring proper tee alignment.
- Course Setup: Assist with setting up the course for play, including placing tee markers and other necessary equipment.
Clubhouse Support
: Provide support in the clubhouse as needed, including assisting with events, tournaments, and member activities.Safety and Compliance
: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring the safety of guests and fellow employees.General Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and other outside service areas.
Experience: Prior experience in a golf course or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic knowledge of golf are essential.
Physical Requirements
: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.Other Requirements
