Position Objectives:
To establish effective governance structures and processes for pilot projects that align with national regulatory standards and promote environmental sustainability as part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop governance structures and processes that facilitate efficient decision-making and accountability within pilot projects.
- Define roles and responsibilities for project stakeholders, ensuring clarity in governance and project execution.
- Create a comprehensive governance dashboard to monitor compliance, performance metrics, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with national regulatory standards and best practices in project governance, promoting transparency and accountability.
- Conduct regular assessments of governance effectiveness, recommending improvements based on project outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Governance, Public Administration, Environmental Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including 10 years in governance consulting or policy development.
- In-depth knowledge of governance frameworks and compliance standards, with a focus on environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical skills for designing effective governance structures and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, facilitating collaboration and transparency.
- Having these certifications will be an added advantage, showcasing your commitment to excellence in governance and compliance.
- Certified Governance Professional (CGP)
- ISO 37001 Lead Implementer
