In-Home Governess/Nanny Position

About the Position:

We are a warm family residing in a villa in Alhummar, seeking a highly experienced and dedicated governess/nanny to support our children's development and education. This role is ideal for a professional with a deep background in childcare and teaching, who is also skilled in instilling discipline and positive habits. We offer a comfortable, private room for candidates interested in a live-in arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized support for our children's education, including assisting with homework, projects, and study schedules.

Foster discipline and respect through positive reinforcement and structured routines.

Encourage and supervise extracurricular and enrichment activities to enhance learning.

Help with the development of social, emotional, and life skills.

Maintain an open line of communication with parents to discuss progress, concerns, and suggestions.

Requirements:

Minimum 20 years of experience in childcare or teaching, preferably as a governess or professional nanny.

Strong background in child discipline and educational support.

Compassionate, patient, and able to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs.

Professional and trustworthy, with excellent communication skills.

Flexibility with working hours; willingness to live-in is preferred.
