Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Executing tasks related to immigration for the clients.
- Building knowledge base in relation to procedures, processes, regulations and provide consultation to internal departments on government processes.
- Monitoring and keeping aware of changes in Saudi Arabian regulation.
- Fluid execution of operational tasks by the CRM team members.
- Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests.
- Full knowledge of all procedures and requirements related to government portals.
- Manage and protect sensitive data with the highest level of Confidentiality.
- Providing reports to the Government Relations Manager (GRM).

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Experience in Government relations, particularly with government sectors.
- Strong network of contacts within government agencies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of government processes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills / Strong interpersonal skills (Fluent in English).
