Skill Farm Finance Experts Are Invited to Apply for the Following Role:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery and needs analysis
Develop holistic plan for project / initiative delivery
Manage key change initiatives involving changes to process, forms, reports, user accesses and people
Operational alignment in line with group policies
Identify potential operational risks during implementation and coordinate with stakeholders for mitigation options
Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and determine if/how they can be used to add value to the business
Identify possible change management issues for various process improvement initiatives.
Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the process change caused by initiatives
Work with HR COEs, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on solutions and create plan for streamlined delivery of solutions.
Timely escalation of challenges during project / initiative lifecycle
Transparency in issue reporting to enable quick solution design/decisions
Work with project teams to integrate operational change management activities into the overall strategic project plan.
Identify, analyze and prepare mitigation tactics for risk
Manage Project stakeholders
Knowledge and Skills:
