Your new role, what's involved
Project Support: Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and execution of energy and generation projects, including renewables, power plants, and distributed energy solutions.
Technical Analysis: Contribute to feasibility studies, energy assessments, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal project outcomes.
Data Collection: Participate in site visits and data collection activities to support project planning, resource assessments, and technical evaluations.
Research and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging energy technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate within cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration, alignment with objectives, and adherence to timelines.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations.
Client Interaction: Interface with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and deliver technical insights in a professional manner.
Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities for professional growth by participating in training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in an engineering role, with a strong interest in energy and generation projects.
Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, power systems, and energy efficiency concepts.
Proficiency in engineering software such as MATLAB, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and apply new concepts.
Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
