Responsibilities:
- Work in compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards
- Maintain, and repair all site instrument plant equipment.
- Maintain all instrumentation equipment as per international Standard.
- Build, Review and implement instrumentation Maintenance strategy
- Overhaul and repair process equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose faults and conduct repairs on instrumentation plant equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all machinery.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize plant equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Provide maintenance supervision and insuring of executing the job safely for the team.
Qualification Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrumentation preferably with a specialization on PLC and metering equipment
- Must have instrumentation or electrical engineering
- Strong understanding of instrumentation type of equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to supervise and advice the team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or technical training in mechanical fitting
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Proven experience as an instrumentation with a specialization in PLC (minimum 1 years of relevant experience).
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedure as well repair techniques.
- Experience in overhauling and repairing plant equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in PLC, maintenance and repair.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certification or trade qualification in Instrumentation and electrical.
