Graduate Trainee – Product Support Officer (Emirati)

Unit Purpose

EIWM focuses on the development and management of high Net Worth individual accounts by offering wealth management solutions across multiple asset classes such as Equities, Sukuk, Structured Products, Gold Certificates and funds. The unit leverages on the skills, knowledge, and expertise of its staff to grow the portfolio and increase its contribution to the overall development and profitability of the bank.

Job Purpose

a) Driving the WM digitization Agenda of the Emirates Islamic Bank

i) Ensure that the customer adoption of the digital channels for WM through launch of marketing campaigns and promotions

ii) Liaising with various stakeholders in the bank such as Shariah, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Marketing etc for relevant approvals on agreements, costs, promotions, accounting plans etc

iii) Liaise with the Digital project managers and IT to resolve and queries or issues related to the digitization projects

iv) Assist and coordinate the business testing of the new digital enhancements on the WM front as and when required

v) Prepare the procedural documents and presentations on the new digital product launches and taking relevant approvals on time

b) Enhance the WM product value proposition

i) Assist the Senior Managers in the WM team in the WM product and process enhancements

ii) Drive the development of new products as and when needed

c) Enhance the WM product governance & Control

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor Degree preferably in business or finance related field

Previous experience in financial services industry with exposure to investment products

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written & verbal)

Proficient in MS office (especially excel and word)

Customer-focus, innovative and solution-oriented approach to problems
