Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:
Responsibilities:
Track and respond to client service requests received directly and from call center.
Working closely with projects team and IT to enhance the system through periodic testing and feedbacks.
Working closely with relationship managers to support their clients and educate on bank offerings.
Execute exceptional orders on dealer platform.
Liaise with various teams and assist in following up and resolving issues with systems and postings.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce or Finance
Working knowledge of global financial markets including Equities, Mutual Funds, and Fixed Income.
Good understanding of market regulations both locally and internationally.
Awareness of Sharia concepts
Fluent in both Arabic and English
