Position Overview
As the Graphic Designer and Video Editor at LINK, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's visual identity across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating captivating graphics, videos, and animations that align with our brand's aesthetic and engage our target audience on social media. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the social media and performance marketing teams to strategize and produce content that drives engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop visually compelling graphics, videos, and animations for use across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the eCommerce, store, content creation and social media teams to develop content calendars and brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand campaign objectives and produce content that supports performance goals.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform content creation strategies.
Use data and analytics to evaluate the performance of content and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and maintain a high standard of quality in all design work.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and experiment with new visual techniques and storytelling methods to differentiate LINK's content from competitors.
Qualifications
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills, with a focus on social media content creation.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts for visual storytelling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and typography.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and optimization.
Experience in performance marketing or familiarity with digital advertising platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Film Production, or related field is preferred.
