- Create compelling visuals for online and offline marketing campaigns to promote our properties and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.- Manage and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Stay updated on design trends and real estate marketing strategies to incorporate fresh ideas into your work.
- Maintain and organize digital assets, including design files and brand guidelines.
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a background in real estate marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, with examples of real estate-related projects.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
