Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
Create visually engaging designs for print and digital platforms, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website banners, and email newsletters.
Develop and maintain brand identities across all projects, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging.
Use industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to design and produce high-quality graphics and artwork.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and achieve project goals.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Proven 1-3 Years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them consistently across various mediums.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
