Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and create digital assets, including website banners, product images, social media graphics, and promotional materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional messaging that resonates with our target audience
- Analyze design performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of graphics and identify areas for improvement
- Optimize graphics for engagement, focusing on visual appeal and user experience
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of work
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver design projects that meet campaign objectives and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Experience in digital asset creation and an understanding of how to optimize designs for various platforms
- Knowledge of brand consistency and the ability to create content that aligns with brand messaging
- Excellent analytical skills for measuring design performance and making data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools for measuring graphic performance and audience engagement
