The Graphic Designer is responsible for coordinating and producing design and artwork across various
media, ensuring that all work aligns with the overall company brand standards and creative objectives of
Bluebee Creation. We seek an imaginative, flexible, and creative Graphic Designer to generate ideas and
develop visually stunning designs that communicate our brand's message and captivate our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce graphics for digital and print media.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and campaigns.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines/visual identity.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Prepare and present design concepts.
Create artwork for ads, brochures, point of sale materials, and other print pieces.
Produce online graphics and advertising banners.
Produce high-quality artwork within corporate brand guidelines and standards.
Develop and enhance designs/artwork by gathering information and data to clarify design requirements.
Think creatively to produce new ideas.
Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Comprehensive understanding of print produc1on and knowledge of different formats for prin1ng.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Crea1ve Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects is a plus.
Knowledge of different formats for web, including image, vector, HTML, XML, JPG, and GIF.
Motivated and able to work independently with little supervision, as well as in a team.
Strong people skills with the ability to establish and build effective working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain standards within a corporate environment.
Strong visual storytelling and conceptual skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Enthusiastic, creative, and
eager to learn.
