Key Responsibilities:· Develop creative concepts and design visual assets for both digital and print media, including brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, packaging, and website elements.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that supports marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
· Ensure all designs align with the companys brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials.
· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
· Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques and tools.
· Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
· Coordinate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring the photographs align with the brands visual identity.
· Perform photo retouching and enhancement using photo editing software.
· Maintain and organize a digital library of images for easy access and use.
· Manage photography equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
· Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and photography work.
· Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Experience in photography equipment and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
· Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
