We are seeking a
creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Maqsam. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualize visuals based on project briefs, create multiple drafts, and develope a wide range of designs for our marketing material, office layouts, sales documents, and more.
Your Top Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to understand campaign requirements and objectives
- Conceptualize visuals and develop creative concepts based on project briefs. Generate multiple rough drafts that communicate the desired message and brand identity
- Create designs for Maqsam's needs aligning with Maqsam's brand guidelines, including but not limited to marketing material, office designs, sales materials, and more
- Address design challenges and troubleshoot issues as they arise, finding creative solutions to meet project requirements
- Explore and experiment with fresh design styles and implementation methods
- Flexibility and ability to use various design programs like Adobe and others
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in industry designs, tools, technology, and graphic design techniques
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs
What We Expect from You:
- A design portfolio that shows proficiency in design fundamentals, a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
- 0-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proficiency in design tools, preferably the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Xd)
- Creative and detail-oriented with excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Ability to organize oneself and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
- Understanding of branding and maintaining brand consistency
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in graphic design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively
