As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually engaging and innovative designs that align with our clients marketing strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality visual designs for both digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, websites, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while injecting fresh, creative ideas.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance creative outputs.
- Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring files are print-ready or optimized for digital use.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, digital campaigns, and print materials.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to interpret and translate client briefs into visually appealing and effective design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
