What we need...
We are seeking a visionary Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and elevate our brand through eye-catching designs. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your 3-5 years of experience and creative flair to craft impactful graphics, logos, and marketing assets across print and digital platforms. You will play a vital part in shaping our brand identity and amplifying our message in the digital landscape. Suppose you possess a design degree, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a keen eye for aesthetics. What you will do...
- Design visually engaging and impactful graphics, illustrations, infographics, logos, and other visual assets for various print and digital marketing materials
- Posting new content (e.g. updates, announcements, promotions, etc.) to the Ninjaz social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) on a consistent schedule
- Collaborating with the Ninjaz marketing and creative teams to develop a cohesive, on-brand social media presence
- Staying up-to-date on social media platform changes and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative projects that align with the company's brand identity and campaign objectives
- Maintain and continuously improve the company's design style guide and brand standards
- Provide design direction and feedback to junior designers and interns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and creative solutions
Are you the one
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experience in creating professional and appealing presentations & brochures is a must
- Video editing is a huge plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Ability to translate complex ideas and brand requirements into visually compelling designs
- Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design
- Strong communication and presentation skills are needed to present and explain design concepts effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for design and a continuous drive to learn and improve
