We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at NOYA, a leading decentralized finance (DeFi) application. As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand identity, create engaging visual content, and contribute to the growth of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design Social Media Posts:
- Create eye-catching graphics and visual content for our social media channels, including Twitter, to promote NOYA's features, updates, and events.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all social media platforms.:
- Craft Informative Infographics and Pitch Decks:
- Design clear and compelling infographics to explain DeFi concepts, tokenomics, and platform features.
- Create professional pitch decks and presentation materials to showcase NOYA's value proposition to potential investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Produce Simple Animations:
- Develop short animations to enhance our social media presence and engage our audience with dynamic visual content.
- Experiment with animation techniques to communicate complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner.
- Design User Interfaces (UI) and User Experiences (UX):
- Collaborate with our product development team to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our DeFi application.
- Use Figma or similar tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for user testing and iteration.
- Manage Community Engagement on Discord:
- Actively participate in our Discord community to engage with users, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
- Create visually engaging announcements, polls, and events to foster a sense of community and belonging.
- Outreach to Potential Partners and Influencers:
- Identify and reach out to potential partners, influencers, and thought leaders in the DeFi space to expand NOYA's reach and influence.
- Design compelling pitch decks and promotional materials to articulate the benefits of collaborating with NOYA.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing infographics, pitch decks, social media graphics, and other relevant visual content.
- Basic understanding of DeFi concepts and cryptocurrency markets (crypto knowledge is a plus, not a must).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas through visual storytelling.
- Experience managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities.
- Familiarity with Discord community management and outreach strategies.
- Passion for design, technology, and the potential of decentralized finance.
