Full job description- Conceptualize and create compelling content for social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram Reels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience interests.- Shoot and edit high-quality videos using professional equipment and editing software.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, particularly in the realm of short-form video content, and incorporate them into content creation strategies.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content according to schedule.
Optimize content for engagement, reach, and virality by utilizing relevant hashtags, captions, and posting times.- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with influencers and other content creators to expand the brand's reach and visibility.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content channels.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve content creation processes and techniques.- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
- Design compelling and visually appealing social media content, website banners, brochures, emails, and other marketing materials.
Design ad creatives (Graphics/Video).- Can edit RAW photoshoot content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- UI/UX website design is a plus.
3D animation is a plus.
Proven experience as a content creator or social media specialist, with a strong portfolio of engaging content.- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of content trends, audience preferences, and viral marketing techniques.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in content production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field is preferred.
Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design.- Experience designing for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
