The Creative Agency (TCA) is looking for a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist in the creation of visual assets across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, print, and more. Job Responsibilities for Social Media Graphic Designer at TCA:
Create Visual Content:
- Design graphics for a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Develop for each client, a monthly moodboard + monthly story package + monthly reels according to package requirement for each client.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the content calendar, campaign goals, and brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and strategies.
Create Motion Graphics:
- Design and animate short reels, and motion graphics to enhance social media content, using Capcut, Canva, Premier, after effects, or any other platform that help the designer to create trends.
Manage Social Media Assets:
- Organize and maintain a library of social media assets, including images, templates, and design elements.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and is consistently updated.
Adapt Designs for Different Platforms:
- Modify and optimize designs for various social media platforms, ensuring proper sizing and format for each.
- Create templates that can be easily reused for different campaigns.
Analyze Performance:
- Review the performance of your content on social media platforms and make data-driven decisions for future designs.
Maintain Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs adhere to each clients brand guidelines and voice, maintaining consistency across all social media channels.
Work on Tight Deadlines:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
Collaborate with Clients:
- When needed, commute with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling social media graphics.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier).
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills (school or personal projects are acceptable).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop as a designer.
