We are looking for a talented individual who can create visually stunning content to showcase our properties and enhance our brand presence.

• Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create compelling visual content, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and digital ads, to promote our real estate properties.

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including property tours, promotional videos, and client testimonials.

Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

Branding: Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and helps strengthen our market position.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Photography: Capture professional-quality images of properties for use in marketing materials.

• Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Videographer, preferably in the real estate or a related industry.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

Creativity: Strong creative vision and the ability to produce innovative designs and videos.

Photography Skills: Experience in real estate photography is a plus.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
