Job Description:We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with a strong background in the interior fit-out industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing graphics.
Design Development: Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to create innovative design concepts for interior fit-out projects.
- Graphic Design: Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Visualizations:
Create 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas.Branding:
Ensure consistency in design and branding across all projects and materials.Material Selection: Assist in selecting materials, colors, and finishes that align with design concepts and client preferences.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools to create detailed designs and presentations.Trend Analysis:
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior fit-out industry.Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet client expectations.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the interior fit-out industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.Creative Skills:
Strong creative vision and the ability to conceptualize unique and compelling design ideas.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
