We are seeking a highly skilled Greenhouse Manufacturing Expert with proven experience in greenhouse technology and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and demonstrated ability to deliver hands-on training programs. This role is critical to enhancing the capacity of small greenhouse manufacturers, promoting innovative designs, and improving productivity in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on advanced greenhouse technologies and upgrades to small manufacturers.
- Assess current technical skills of trainees and tailor training programs to address identified gaps.
- Provide expert guidance on the design, production, and installation of modernized greenhouse systems.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and case studies.
- Support manufacturers in creating innovative service packages for greenhouse upgrades.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to technical standards during greenhouse installations.
- Supervise installation of greenhouses in selected farms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in greenhouse manufacturing, design, or technology upgrades is A MUST!
- Experience in training and capacity building, preferably with small manufacturers or in the agricultural sector.
- In-depth knowledge of multi-span greenhouses, irrigation systems, and sustainable materials.
- Familiarity with market trends and innovations in greenhouse technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to create clear and engaging training materials.
