We are currently hiring for a Creative Marketing Specialist who will work as a part of a dynamic and fun Marketing Team.

You are someone that is

  • Highly motivated and passionate about brand storytelling and creative collaborations.
  • Has exceptional content writing and copywriting skills to champion a brand's voice and messaging across all communications.
  • Creative thinker with out-of-the-box ideas for captivating videos and campaign concepts.
  • Ability to visualise creatives before they are realised, direct photoshoots, and create effective content for awareness, engagement, and paid campaigns.
  • Up-to-date with the ever-changing social media landscape, making suggestions to optimise the brand's organic and paid strategy.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, capable of handling multiple projects for different brands simultaneously.
  • You have a strong foundation in marketing, brand communications, and social media collaborations.
  • You are up-to-date and constantly keep up with Ai trends relevant to the marketing industry, specifically your own workflow.

What you will be doing

Creative Campaigns, Collaborations and Partnerships:

oConsistently create and explore new creative collaboration opportunities with influencers and other brands as a means of increasing brand awareness, recall and brand authority in given markets.

oCommunicate with influencers and other brands to organise and manage collaborations end-to-end.

oWork with the Group Marketing Manager on developing campaign concepts, receiving and implementing feedback to ensure communication and creatives are on-brand.

Brand Asset Creation & Maintenance:

oConceptualise shoot plans and scripts from scratch, with for various goals such as brand storytelling, conversion, and more.

oPlan, coordinate, and direct internal photo and video shoots.

oLiaise with the photographer and videographer to ensure high-quality assets throughout the content creation process.

oExecuting video post-production independently and in collaboration with the videographer and marketing executive.

oOversee the maintenance and organisation of content banks, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Brand Communications:

oDevelop and manage daily social media content creation, including posts, stories, and interactive content, for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.

oWrite engaging copy for social channels, campaign communications, creative briefs, and other promotional materials.

Maintain a Learning & Collaborative Mindset:

oDevelop a deep understanding of the brands and their industry, industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketplace dynamics.

oProactively bring forth creative ideas, strategies, and solutions for the brands.

oWork closely with the Group Marketing Manager to streamline and improve current processes, explore different marketing approaches, develop creative campaigns, and more.

oWork with the marketing executive to help them support additional content creation for bigger-scale campaigns.

Skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a creative or account management role, preferably within the adventure, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing content and communication strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools etc).
  • Past work showcasing your designs work, video creation, and writing abilities
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Contract type: Permanent contract.
