Job Purpose:
- The group head of Operation Governance and MIS is responsible for overseeing all operation governance and MIS in the operation teams to ensure compliance and adherence to industry best practice.
- This role key objective is to manage and develop the related MIS and dashboards that support management decision making and strategic planning.
- financial planning and various analysis in the operations department and is an essential part of the management team and oversees high level reporting, analysis, and improvement of organizational processes, working to improve quality, productivity and efficiency aligned with the Head of Operations and the Group Operations directions and objectives.
- Maximize the efficiency of the operating team and support the Operations Heads/Leaders to have a centralized planning and reporting function to own reporting, budget, training, team capacity, SLA, process digitization and automation, and work closely with the group to achieve the required alignment.
- Plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities.
- Ensuring that the effective and successful workforce and productivity as defined and assigned to the Operations Department.
- Monitoring Operation department the Overall performance to achieve targets and objectives
- In charge of planning, managing, overseeing, and monitoring the operational budget (CAPEX, OPEX, and DC), as well as aligning the corresponding budget with the group financial target.
- Responsible for planning, managing, and tracking the operation training development plan with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in an international organization / similar position.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Card operations.
- Bachelor's Degree/Relevant Qualification
- People management experience is required along with an ability to influence others in a highly matrixed organization.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills
