Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Sales Operations and New Channels Lead on the development of the go-to-market strategy for ODH portal.
- Work closely and manage vendors for the delivery of new features and phases of the portal.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the ODH portal.
- Continuously enhance user journeys to maximize conversions and adoption.
- Develop ODH Portal commercial and financial plans.
- Set & Monitor business-related KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing for new features, UI/UX enhancements, etc. informed by continuous funnel and user flow tracking to drive performance improvement.
- Develop tactics to expand and scale ODH Portal to increase revenue, lead generation, customer satisfaction, organizational efficiency, cost savings, and value creation.
- Design and oversee marketing plans for ODH portal (including events, digital marketing campaigns, etc...).
- Track and unpack the voice of customers to ensure usability and efficiency of the portal.
- Work with digital marketing/ media teams to increase convergence and adoption.
- Ensure the robustness of the ODH portal; up-to-date content, robust system integration, efficient infrastructure operations, etc.
- Extract and communicate insights, and initiatives with management and internal teams.
- Analyze and evaluate insights to aid in business strategic decisions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Business or any related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or commercial with strong
understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Languages: Arabic & English fluently spoken and written.
