Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North cost, Egypt. As a Guest Relations Agent at Address Beach Resort Marassi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries and requests, and ensuring guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. You will also handle guest feedback and complaints, coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs, and provide recommendations on local attractions and dining options.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Soft skills (Excel , power point)
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
