Job Description: The Guest Relations Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. This role involves handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about the facility and local attractions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously, resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Provide information about the facilitys services, amenities, and local attractions.
Assist guests with special requests, such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and making restaurant recommendations.- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met and to enhance their overall experience.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews, and communicate relevant information to management for continuous improvement.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of welcome packets, promotional materials, and other guest information.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
