Job Description
To assist dispatching check in, check out and room deliveries procedure ensuring a smooth daily operation.
Supervises and monitors bell and door team movements at the ground floor.
To oversee bell and door team to following SOP and standards are being met.
Handles guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Provide Concierge services to enhance guest experiences. Train and mentor
new staff members. Maintain a clean and organized bell desk area.
To aid Chief Concierge on administrative and technical tasks but not limited.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Certification: Hospitality management certifications can be advantageous.
Experience
- Previous Experience: Experience in customer service or hospitality roles, ideally in a hotel or resort setting.
- Management Experience: Supervisory experience can be beneficial.
Skills
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with guests and address their needs promptly.
