Park Hyatt Doha is looking for a Guest Service Officer (Arabic Speakers Only). In this highly visible role, you will ensure our guests have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. Key responsibilities include assisting with the check-in and check-out process, handling account settlements, and communicating hotel services and promotions. Additionally, you will provide guests with information about local attractions and restaurants in Doha, and respond to guest phone calls. Your ability to engage in casual conversation and deliver excellent service will have a direct impact on our guests overall experience.
