You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Services Officer - Front Office is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
- To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Hyatt Regency Dubai Standard of Performance.
- To have a full working knowledge and capability to complete all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work.
- To check-in and checkout of the guests in the Police database, be they FIT's or Groups.
- To adhere to the telephone procedure of handling calls.
- To be aware of all hotel activities and Food and Beverage promotions.
- To hand over the pending points for the next shift for proper follow up and action.
- To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department as per Master Task List for that Department.
- To be fully conversant in the use of all computer system in place (e.g. Opera, Passport Scanning, Police E-online website).
- To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
- To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.
