Job Description

  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Demonstrate exceptional first impressions.
  • Handle check-in procedures and follow admission instructions.
  • Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests at the entrance and reception.
  • Conduct regular checks of all lounge areas.
  • Promote various services and facilities of the airport lounges to customers and handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Manage lost and found items and the related documentation.
  • Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and take appropriate immediate action.
  • Maintain accurate records, including cash flows and receipts.
  • Cooperate with the team to develop, implement, maintain, and improve the quality management system.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor as needed.
