responsibilities:
- orchestrate day-to-day Front Office operations, from reviewing arrivals, room allocations, amenities, ensure special request are done and more.
- coordinate with other departments and outside suppliers if needed to ensure excellent service delivery.
- manage guests requests and answer their inquiries
- address guests complaints, escalate matters if needed and follow up on corrective actions
- ensure all related departments and personals are up-to-date with daily schedules, expectations and requests
- introduce PAUSEAWAY and the property and its facilities to guests
- establish friendly relationships with guests
- pick up B2C sales calls and answer prospect guests inquiries
Requirements
- bachelor's degree is preferred
- relevant experience in a similar position is preferred
- previous experience working in the hospitality industry OR with lifestyle brands is preferred
- excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English
- proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
- creative problem-solver and organizational abilities
- must understand the company concept and be align with the vision
- ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
