Job Description
- Provide support to the section head with Handover activities, ensuring that all transactions are executed efficiently and in compliance with established procedures.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, and external parties to facilitate successful Handover transactions.- Key handover operations custody, including Monitoring and Tracking of all the received stock in the store linked to handover
Handover Reporting for all projects
- Ensure strict compliance with Handover Reporting on daily basis
Respond to customer inquiries related to Handover transactions and provide timely and accurate responses to queries within set KPI, clarifications, and information requests to ensure a transparent resale process.- Escalate queries to section head and seek consultation as required.
Regularly update records to reflect the latest information, changes, and developments accurately.
- Foster positive relationships with peers, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare regular reports for management to make informed decisions.- Ensure all Handover transactions and documentation are in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
Experience- 1+ years of experience in customer service
Qualification- Bachelor's degree (Preference in the related field)
Knowledge of UAE Laws / real estate Laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
