Job Location : Djibouti, East AfricaWe are a Specialty Coffee Cafe looking for a Head Barista to provide customers with freshly made drinks and food items in a fast-paced retail environment. High levels of customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately are key to this role.
- Have to be well-versed and experienced in calibrating manual and automatic coffee machines

- Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures the highest quality & consistency of the end product: coffee, drinks- Ensures the highest quality of the ingredients, manages suppliers & ingredient research
Shares the culture of drinking coffee & expanding the knowledge of the companys team
- Supplies the cafe team with sufficient coffee culture knowledge in order to succeed in customer service and sales
Optimizes the cafe workflow in all restaurants of the brand according to the restaurant operations- Analyzes the sales & customers demand with providing the most suitable menu offer.
Must have good knowledge for preparing all types of Coffee.
English is a must.- Ability to speak French is an added advantage
