Head Cashier

C LA VI Dubai is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Head Cashier to manage all guest transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth operations across shifts. This role is essential to delivering a seamless experience for our guests and requires a strong commitment to accuracy, service, and efficiency.

Head Cashier Responsibilities:

• Oversee and handle all payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our standards.
• Prepare daily reports and reconcile receipts, maintaining detailed records of cash and credit transactions.
• Conduct daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring all cashiers are briefed and ready for shifts.
• Support and coordinate with the team to resolve any transaction discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain a well-organized cashier station, ensuring all tools, supplies, and systems are in place.
• Follow and enforce financial control policies to safeguard revenue.
• Work a flexible schedule, including the closing shift after venue operations, ensuring consistency and reliability across shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cashier or head cashier in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with cash handling, reconciliation procedures, and reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.
