Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead our Hot Kitchen team and
ensure the highest quality in food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate will
have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating
exceptional dining experiences.
Maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation to ensure exceptional
Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.- Promptly handle and resolve any food quality complaints to maintain customer trust and loyalty.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for kitchen staff to enhance
- Mentor and coach junior chefs and staff to foster a supportive and educational work
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set development goals, and provide- Ensure adherence to strict hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe kitchen
Implement and monitor strategies to minimize food waste, contributing to cost control efforts.
- Collaborate with the cost control team to analyze the cost of menu items, ensuring
Provide regular financial reports and updates with the cost control team, ensuring- Regularly check inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies.
Ensure the new kitchen meets all health and safety regulations, conducting inspections
- Oversee the soft-opening, adjusting based on feedback and ensuring the team is ready
Participate in recruiting and training new staff to build a strong, capable team.
Proven experience of minimum 8 years as Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume Experience with Production or handling the responsibilities of a Central Production Unit.
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on hot food preparation.
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Culinary Education
