Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Fleetrading in Riyadh. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and developing new recipes. The Head Chef will also be involved in sourcing ingredients, budgeting, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.

- Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene regulations

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Certification in Food Handling and Sanitation
