Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Pan Asian Head Chef at Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island. The Pan Asian Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards are met. The Head Chef will also manage the kitchen staff, maintain inventory levels, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Pan Asian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of Asian flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a kitchen team
• Experience in menu planning and creating innovative dishes
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high culinary standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Culinary degree or certification is preferred
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role is required
